Changes to our Policies
Dear Camper,
We are so excited to welcome you to Hickory Hill Camping Resort this season! As we continue preparing for your stay, we wanted to share a few important updates to our reservation policies and campground amenities.

Payment policy update
Beginning immediately, any remaining balance on reservations will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date. An email reminder will be sent 31 days prior to your arrival date, and the remaining balance will then be automatically charged to the card on file the next day.
Updated cancellation & modification policy
All cancellations can only be made by calling 607-776-4345.
If a booking is canceled 15 days or more prior to arrival, a $50 service fee is charged to the reservation, and the rest is refunded back to the camper.
If a booking is canceled 14 days or less from the arrival date, there will be no refund. If a camper wishes to modify their camping dates and move their booking date to another date, there will be a $50 service fee charged to the camper.
Please note: Online Booking Fee and Site Selection Fee are non-refundable.
Amenity update
We are so excited to be going live with our complimentary utility-grade Wi-Fi park-wide, suitable for streaming, video calls, and everyday online use. Speeds may vary based on device capability, location within the park, and overall network usage.
Please note that cable will no longer be available.
