Absolutely! For your convenience we have doggie pots located throughout the park in addition to a fenced in play area for your cuddly companions to enjoy Hickory Hill as much as we do! We ask all pets be on a leash at all times.

Campsite check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 1pm. Early check-in (before 3pm if available) is $20. Late check-out (after 1pm if available) is $5/hour.

Rental check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are not available for rental units.

Cancellations can only be made by calling 607-776-4345

If a booking is canceled 15 days or more prior to arrival a $50 cancelation fee is charged to the reservation, and the rest is refunded back to the camper.  

If a booking is canceled 14 days or less from the arrival date, there will be no refund. If a camper wishes to modify their camping dates and move their booking date to another date, there will be $50 service fee charged to the camper. 

Please note Booking Fee and Site Selection Fee are non-refundable. 

One night deposit is required at the time of booking. Three (3) night minimum deposit is required for all holiday bookings.  

Within 30 days of arrival the remaining balance on the reservation is to be paid.  

Reminder emails will be sent to you, 90, 60, and 31 days prior to your arrival. Should you have a balance outstanding 30 days from your arrival Hickory Hill Camping Resort will charge your card on file.

Reservations include two adults and four children (for camping sites). Rental units include the number of guests the rental can accommodate

Additional guests can be added to a reservation for $10/adult and $0/children.

Please note tents are not allowed outside rental units or RVs.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am daily. Children 17 and under should be at their site during quiet hours. Golf carts are not allowed to be driven during quiet hours.

Yes! We do allow you to bring your own golf cart however you must provide proof of insurance upon check in and abide by the resort driving regulations. We also have 20 golf carts available to rent for $50/day.

Hickory Hill Camping Resort is proud to offer a magnificent splash park, two swimming pools, 18 hole putt putt, a 30x50 foot jumping pillow, two full sized playgrounds, an activity hall, pavilion, full kitchen (for events), fully stocked store for souvenirs and maintenance items, hiking trails, close proximity to the beautiful Keuka Lake region and much much more!

Each lodge, cottage and cabin have a full bathroom which includes a toilet, sink and standing shower. The lodges and cottages offer a full kitchen stocked with basic cookware.

Linens, pillows and towels are not included in any rental unit and we require you to bring your own bedding and towels. Hand soap is included along with shampoo and conditioner. Toilet paper is provided.
